Hatchery

From Egg to Chick

Our hatchery produces a continuous weekly supply of healthy day-old chicks. The entire process — from egg selection to hatch — takes approximately 28 days and is conducted with precision under optimal conditions.

Day 1–7
Egg Selection
Best eggs selected from our flock. Shells checked for soundness, cleaned and stored in a cold room.
Day 7–25
Setters
Eggs transferred to setter incubators for 18 days. Temperature and humidity precisely controlled throughout.
Ongoing
Weekly Rotation
Eggs rotated weekly on a rolling schedule to ensure a continuous, steady flow of chicks every week of the year.
Day 25–28
Hatching
Eggs moved from setters to the hatcher for the final 3 days. Chicks emerge under carefully managed conditions.
Day 28
Day-Old Chicks
Healthy day-old chicks ready for collection or delivery. Available as Layers and Broilers.
Broiler Chicks
Fast-growing broiler breeds raised for meat. Available as day-old chicks for on-farm growing, or as finished Kilacha Chicken — raw or roasted — from our processing operation.

Our stone crusher and brickworks supply construction materials across the Kilimanjaro region. All products are available for delivery to your project site.

Bricks
Available in multiple sizes and shapes to meet any building specification. Custom shapes can be produced. High compressive strength, consistent quality.
Aggregates & Crushed Stone
Machine-crushed stone aggregates for concrete, foundations and road construction. Available in multiple grades.
Sand
Building-grade sand for concrete mixing and masonry work. Available in bulk quantities with delivery to site.
